Their platform enables apartment residents to live in a smart home and owners and managers to improve the operational efficiency of their properties. Residents in their communities can control their locks, lights, thermostats and more from their mobile and voice apps, while managers use their web portal to reduce property-wide energy use, streamline access for staff, and limit the risk of leaks and extreme temperature events. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you ensure that they're attracting, building relationships with, and closing top-tier and diverse candidates for a range of business and technical roles. You creatively cultivate a smart recruiting process to build a highly desired talent pool ready to join the team when the opportunity comes, through new positions and growth. You work closely with the VP of People Ops, CEO, and Executive Team to intimately understand our business strategy, growth projections, and market competition while executing in conjunction with Hiring Managers. Their people are their greatest resource and you are the person responsible for ensuring that the best of the best are joining the team.

  • Process Orchestrator - You know that Talent Acquisition is a team sport and you keep Hiring Managers and Interview Team members organized and in the loop, while ensuring the process sets them up for success and doesn’t distract them from their day job.

  • Experienced Startup Professional - You have led Talent Acquisition at an early stage or technology company and have 5+ years of running successfully differentiated programs.
  • Knowledge in HR - You understand employment laws 
  • Technically Fluent - You are able to learn and communicate domain-specific context, such as desired coding languages or multifamily industry-specific sales strategies, in order to identify those candidates with hard-to-find skills that match our specific needs .
  • Strategic Thinker - You understand our business strategy and growth goals and can identify talent internally and externally to get us there.
  • Entrepreneur Mindset - You are a risk taker, innovator, and not afraid to dive in and get the work done.
  • Passionate - You are passionate about the sales process as it is directly correlated to Talent Acquisition and partner with the VP of People Ops to set marketing strategy setting the company up as the Employer of Choice.
