Job Description:
  • The Associate Account Manager (AAM) is part of the Client Services team creates critical reports for our Account Managers and clients.
  • Leverage analytical / Excel skills to draw out trends and insights from large amounts of data; translate those trends and insights into written explanations, illustrations, and recommendations that are concise, meaningful, and easy-to-understand for AM’s and clients.
  • AAM reports reports to our Account Manager.
  • Ideally would like this person to grow into senior roles such as an Account Executive or more of a technical role on the development team.
 
Candidate Qualification Requirements (in order of importance):
  • Analytical and basic Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years of experience in internship, extracurricular and/or work experience
  • Self-driven; strong ability and inclination to figure things out independently
  • Strong bias towards action
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly turn around projects/tasks
  • Communication skills (written and oral) and ability to tell a story

Nice to have:
  • E-commerce/B2B/retail experience
